I ordered a microfiber towel and got sent a hoodie instead. I contacted the company and they answered quickly and without issue and sent me my towel and even let me keep the hoodie! UPDATE**** While the below still happened and there was really nothing more to do, these guys contacted my husband to make things right with him. They performed a beautiful detailing to the car to bring it back to life and were very accommodating to my husbands needs and wants. i gave these guys a 2nd chance which isn't something I usually do, but they did come thru and did keep their word. If you need some customization to your car, a detail, a wrap or PPF, give these guys a call and they will work with you and figure out what is best for your car. This place is a joke, especially Omar and Immanuel...went to check out a car, test drove it and spent a few hours talking and going over details and starting talking money and financing. What was somewhat shocking to me is these 2 didn't even understand financing and tried to BS their way thru it. Left that day waiting on them to get in touch with their finance person at the bank only to be notified that they ran my credit twice, docking points off my score and they weren't authorized do run it more than once. Was lied to about their bank not being able to make a deal. I was lied to about the status of the car I was interested in, got some story that the seller was taking it back. Come to find out they told 3 other people the car had a deposit put down on it and it wasn't for sale.  If that was the case why bullshit me and waste my time. For a company thats only a year old, they have alot to learn about honesty, transparency and just basically being a good reputable company. Unless you have cash and nothing complicated or even causing them alittle bit of work, don't bother with this place. What goes around comes around. Only thing consistent with them is their lying.
